According to the speaker on the recording, Constable Emmanuel Osei’s killers are his fellow officers.
In his account, he said that eight police officers were detained for their participation in the crime, all from the same police depot.

He said the suspect confessed to shooting Constable Emmanuel Osei in the head because he recognized and named him.
