Some classroom building’s of the Dunkwa Senior High Technical School was devastated by a severe rainstorm that struck Dunkwa-on-Offin in the Upper Denkyira East Municipality of the central region.

Yesterday, Friday, April 14, 2023, at 7:30 p.m., a storm that hit the school brought down power lines and tore up the school building’s roof, destroying certain instructional materials used by both teachers and students.

She added that nobody was wounded in the catastrophe.

Meanwhile, the Director of the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO) in Upper Denkyira East Mr. Alhassan Yakubu visited the scene to gather essential information and gave the public the advice to always make sure their roofs are strengthened.
