The Management of BOST at the instance of its Managing Director, Mr. Edwin Provencal is currently involved in a stakeholder meeting with Transport Owners (fuel tanker trucks owners) in Accra today.
It would be recalled that some few weeks ago ten tanker trucks were allegedly found to have adulterated the petroleum products they had loaded from BOST DEPOT in Tema to Kumasi Depot.
The ten trucks were impounded and investigations are ongoing.The Mr. Provencal made it clear to the Transport owners that he wasn’t happy with the recent developments and that no stone would be left unturned to find the culprits.
He disclosed that though the Police is undertaking the investigations, BOST on its part is undertaking review of its internal systems.
He emphasised that if any BOST STAFF is found to have played any role in this illicit conduct will feel the full force of the law.
