Seven Asante Kotoko players failed to travel with their teammates on Thursday for the preseason tour in Dubai .
The Porcupine Warriors have traveled to the United Arab Emirates famous city for a two-week preseason tour with twenty-five players .
Razak Abalora, Solomon Sarfo Taylor, Richmond Lamptey, Joseph Amoako, Andy Kumi Francis, Samuel Boateng and Augustine Agyapong couldn’t travel with the team .
The club’s statement reads, “Players: Lamptey, Agyapong, Abalora, Amoako, Kumi, Taylor and Boateng couldn’t travel with the team to Dubai yesterday due to some visa hitches.
“Officials are currently working to rectify the issues so they can join them with their colleagues today.”
Kotoko are expected to return to Ghana on October 22, 2021 to prepare for the upcoming league season scheduled for the end of this month.
